Gum - A Shingeki no Kyojin Short Story Feat. Eren

    Walking down the wooden hallways of the Headquarters, one would see that Levi was no lazybones when it comes to cleaning. Seems like he would always have some cadets working their butt off cleaning, especially Yeager. But today was an exception, he had the day off.

Of course within the commotion of working hard, tired groaning people and tired  lazy workers who don't clean or do their job right, there was bound to be some missed places filled with dust or dirt or wads of gum laying around.


Wads of gum. Speaking of such, Yeager happened to spot one from the corner of his eye while strolling around the hallways. On the ground, yet soft, pink and sticky. Still kind of wet from the last cadet who chewed on it. No big mess here.

Yeager happened to have a hankering for some gum, too. But this gum was on the floor, any normal person would just look at it, 'eeww' at it, walk away. Oh yes, but Yeager being the not-normal he was (with being a titan-shifter an all) he picked up the gum, from the floor, and plopped it into his mouth, hair and dirt particles on it an all.


   
“What in the name of blazes are you doing, Cadet Yeager?” Came a disgusted voice from Levi who had a horrified Mikasa behind him, the expression almost unnatural on her almost always calm features.

“Uhm, nothing, Sir.” Said Eren in a somewhat nonchalant voice.


“Yes you were, now answer me or else you're girlfriend here will drop to the ground crying.” Said Levi, demanding an explanation from the titan boy.

“You see, sir, I was hankering for some gum, and I happened to see it on the ground so...” He trails off.

“So you just decided to pick it up and eat off the ground?” Came Levi's unamused voice while Mikasa starts to slowly sink to her knees in despair.

“Yes, sir, is Mikasa okay?”

“Tell me Cadet, how many times have you done this?”

“A few times, sir.” Came Eren's reply.

Mikasa sinks to her knees, Levi walks away with the slightest smirk played upon his features.




















Eren and Mikasa french kissed that very day before for the first time, Mikasa innocent of what her loverboy was doing in the meantime.
